Excellent workflow customization options

Pros

I've found that most workflow software offers some level of customization within their existing templates but in my experience, this stands out because it actually builds around our specific business structure. What really impressed me is how it lets us add services based on exactly what we need, rather than forcing us to work within rigid frameworks.

Cons
