“Comprehensive marketing solution with great features”
Pros
What really stood out to me were all the features in this platform, CRM, call tracking, detailed reporting, workflow automation and even heatmap identification. As a digital marketer, these tools make it so much easier to figure out which areas I need to focus on. They've also done a great job of keeping everything simple and easy to use. After just a day or two of using it, navigating feels really smooth.
Cons
I haven't really find any major issues yet but being a newer platform, It's difficult to use. It would be great if they offered more comprehensive tutorials or maybe some guided walkthroughs to help new users get comfortable with everything.
