Excellent CRM with Minor Issues

Pros

The contact organization is fantastic. Everything flows better now, deals, contacts, products and tracking progress overall. I actually have more time to focus on hitting my targets instead of getting stuck in all the tedious administrative stuff.

Cons

The interface feels dated at times, though honestly that's about the only thing I can complain about.
