Simple Order Management Solution

Pros

The initial setup is pretty easy. I got the hang of it without much trouble. Integration with our existing systems went smoothly as well.

Cons

The frontend customization wasn't as good as I hoped anf it took quite a bit of figuring out to get things looking the way we wanted.

Simple and relaible

Pros

Through its simplicity and reliability, our team of 8 professionals can easily share all the information we need to coordinate between different levels and managed infrastructures. The backup solutions are excellent and the HA capabilities are impressive, you rarely see this quality even in more well known products. Log management gives you much more freedom and it integrates smoothly with other platforms. Managing company email and social media is simple and practical.

Cons

The hardware needs for running this on-premise are pretty demanding. I wish the community version gave more backup options and it feels very limited there. For smaller setups, the upfront costs can be steep enough to make people just go with o365 instead.

Simple tool but needs Lithuanian support

Pros

I find it really easy to use and the compatibility with Microsoft formats works easily. It runs smoothly without hogging system resources and performs well across different operating systems. I haven't experienced any crashes or stability issues so far.

Cons

Only issue I've had is that it's not available in Lithuanian.
