It is a complete tool

Pros

What I like the most is that everything is consolidated in one place such as tasks, business cases where I can track payments and the exports and reports all work well.

Cons

Honestly I don't have anything I dislike.

Support team is amazing

Pros

The software's flexibility and the prompt response from the support team are what I value most given my line of work.

Cons

Well I am still a bit confused about how the data is categorized especially when it comes to client information. Also exporting data can be a challenge for me at times particularly when I need to process it. To be constructive I would say that exporting data to an Excel sheet can sometimes be slow.
