“Excellent Email Collaboration Tool”
Pros
It makes everything so much easier having all our communication tools in one place, both for staying in touch with the team and reaching out to customers and above that it simplifies collaboration and saves me from constantly switching between platforms.
Cons
I've found that the integration with third party apps could be much smoother and more simple. Right now, it feels a bit clunky and sometimes requires extra steps to get things working properly.

“Continuously Improving”
Pros
I've had a really positive experience with this platform and I'm excited to see where it goes next. File tracking has gotten so much better which has definitely increased my productivity compared to how things used to be.
Cons
The loading times can be pretty slow and the search function takes forever sometimes. The mobile version feels pretty limited compared to the desktop, there's definitely room for improvement there. Honestly, I don't really dislike anything major but these areas could use some work.
