Using Salesforce has made a real difference for how we run things at work. It's helped keep everything better organized and just made the whole workflow smoother.

Cons

The thing I've not liked the least is how the app tends to slow down whenever Salesforce gets involved. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it definitely affects how fast I can get through things.
