“CRM designed for sports teams”
Pros
Its really easy to use and the good thing is its designed specifically for sports teams. Its also very affordable. Setting it up and getting everything going was so simple.
Cons
Customer support is a bit of a letdown. Whenever I need them to make changes they take a lot of time and Im constantly chasing them. There also seems to be a gap between the technical support team and the actual product as they dont seem to understand how customers are actually using the platform so they have no idea how to respond to questions and are clueless.
