Easy and Efficient Tool

Pros

I've been using this for a few months and my team picked it up right away. The automated replies are awesome. They really help us keep up with messages during busy times. Plus it syncs nicely with our HubSpot CRM which makes life alot easier. Its definitely made our customer interactions smoother.

Cons

The automated replies don't function when you're offline. Would have been nice if they did.
