Pros
Most important feature for me is using a workflow through forms which helps minimize errors when entering data and ensures proper follow up if something is pending.
Cons
I think it would be ideal if this tool offered courses so more people could manage the software without needing prior programming knowledge.

Cons
We've managed to connect many functions through web services but it always requires a programmer and I wish end users could handle it more easily.
