Do you charge monthly Subscriptions?
No in short. We charge per unit per project, meaning you are only paying when you have something to sell, with nothing more to pay until you add your next project, phase, units - whilst still having access and use of the intuitive platform.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Each client has their own Account Manager who not only onboards everything for you, but will train you, your teams, external users also such as lawyers and brokers. Then there is ongoing support
Can the platform be bespoke?
Yes. Everything is white labelled to your brand, even the URL address. The CRM is totally bespoke in terms of the milestones and headings, as many or as little as you like, currency, terminology, filtered and more... Filters and columns are also bespoke per client and per user
Are there any features for our clients, i.e. buyers?
Yes. Part of the system offers a customer facing Purchaser Portal. This comes in both a desktop and an app format (available on the APp & Play Stores. They are both branded and white labelled to your business and logo.
Does your solution work in every country?
Yes. We are currently operating for developer and broker real estate clients in 13 countries, each country has a different business line, as each country will have different processes when buying/selling a new home Online documents, Docusign signing, AML/KYC, and stripe payments work in each country. Some more bespoke options are available at no extra cost
Are you just a CRM?
No. In fact, our CRM which is built for developers, housebuilders and new homes specialist brokers only makes up around 20% of the entire platform. The Sales Module is where true added value arrives from. With built-in KYC/AML, online payment methods, digital reservation and document forms, electronic signatures with Docusign, one-click reporting, analysis of data, ROI, Purchaser Portal and app for your customers/buyers, populated and coded documents, document storing and more are included.
Can teams, both internal and external have different user rights?
Yes. And you can go as deep as you desire. We will format what everyone can see and cannot see, what they can action and what they cannot. Down to the very finite intricacies such as who receives system notifications and push notifications, who can see bottom lines, deal margins, prices, data, and so on...
Does it cost extra for additional features?
No, we do not charge for new features like other systems such as Zoho and Salesforce. If we believe the feature(s) is required for your business, and that it will assist current and future clients we will look to develop it for FREE.

Yes, we migrate all data across to your new Unlatch solution, and for free! We want you working smart, and quick, with a seamless transition.
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited users at no cost, we charge per unit, per project. This ensures collaboration is achieved through all stakeholders, ensuring a transparent yet accountable way to work for all.
