Attractive UI and Good Support

Pros

The user interface is easy to get around and use. The team behind it is really supportive too and they make sure the system fits exactly what our program needs.

Cons

I really wish there was a mobile app. It would make things way more convenient when I'm on the go.

Phenomenal at what it does!

Pros

I started using VC over 10 years ago and the experience has been awesome. The team's collaborative and always focused on finding solutions. There were no surprise fees or sneaky paywalls to unlock important features unlike some other platforms (yeah, I'm pointing at you, Social Solutions). The system was userfriendly and flexible enough to grow with us. Even after leaving the organization where I used VC, I haven't come across another EHR or database that's as efficient, effective and flexible as this one.

Cons

Some of the projects took longer to set up than I expected. But honestly aside from that, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Support team gets back quick

Pros

Whenever I reach out to customer support, I usually get a quick reply. It's nice knowing I won't be left hanging when I need help.

Cons

The interface can be confusing at times. I've had to reach out to customer support just to figure a few things out.
