“Wish I'd found this sooner”
Pros
What I really love is how it keeps track of all our health, safety and licensing requirements without me having to stay on top of everything. It automatically flags skills gaps and expired certificates which takes a huge weight off my shoulders. This lets our team focus on running the brewery rather than getting lost in paperwork and compliance tasks.
Cons
I'm excited for the task assignment feature to be released, as I think it'll make our workflow even smoother. But honestly, I can't think of anything else I dislike about it.

“Simple and user friendly tool”
Pros
Setting everything up was easy, just add your team members and input their training records. The roles feature is awesome because it automatically fills out the matrix and highlights any training gaps. All training records are stored in the system and it's easy to access them whenever needed. The customer service is fantastic too and the team is always friendly and ready to help. They even helped us convert our old spreadsheets, making onboarding easy and the pricing is very reasonable.
Cons
The training course titles and requirements feature feels more complicated than it needs to be for what's otherwise a really straightforward system. I understand why it's there and it's not too tough to figure out once you spend some time with it but it does make things a little more complex.

“Goodbye to scattered spreadsheets everywhere”
Pros
The team took our messy spreadsheet training matrix and imported it for free, getting us up and running in no time. Customer service was amazing throughout and we now get much better alerts. It's so much easier to see what we need when we need it.
Cons
At first, I was worried about training my team but honestly, everything's so easy to use that I don't have anything to complain about now.
