Simple to learn and use

Pros

I personally found the system really simple and easy to pick up, especially when compared to some other options out there. Plus, the tech support has been great which I appreciate too.

Cons

Am really frustrated with how many pages and clicks it takes to complete a single exam. There is too much back-and-forth which wastes our time.

Great experience

Pros

The owners and staff are very helpful and really go out of their way to make the system work the way we need it to. They managed to copy over all our old data without any issues, which was a huge relief. The system itself is user-friendly, with clear instructions and editing exams is also not a problem.

Cons

I feel like the program could really benefit from having more staff trained in Canadian healthcare. It would help make the necessary adjustments and improve the program's effectiveness for practices here.
