Pros

I'm impressed by how user-friendly this software is. In case I encounter any difficulties, there are helpful videos with step-by-step instructions that guide me through the process.

Cons

Lately, my main concern has been the Customer Service. I had trouble with the representative I worked with, as they didn't seem to understand or make an effort to understand my issue. This eventually led me to switch to another service provider for my email needs. However, I still use the software for applicant tracking. It seems that since they made changes to the email structure several months ago, candidates have had problems receiving my emails.
