This setup helps teams manage open roles and review applicants by job in CATS; some job boards may require separate account setup or approval.

CATS supports custom recruiting stages with triggers tied to candidate status changes or application answers. Depending on the trigger, it can send emails, create tasks or calendar events, or submit candidates to clients or hiring managers for review. This helps recruiters carry out repeatable steps at the relevant stage of the hiring process.

With this feature, recruiters can email candidate profiles to clients or hiring managers with a review link and selected resume. Reviewers can approve or decline candidates, and CATS can update their status based on the decision when configured. The review also appears in the candidate’s record for recruiters to reference.

Multiple career portals can be set up for different brands, teams, or recruiting needs, each with its own logo, banner, and colors. Candidates can browse and apply through the relevant portal. This helps employers present each brand’s jobs separately and direct candidates to the right application page.

The platform offers customizable dashboards and reports for reviewing candidate pipelines, job order status, active jobs, submittals, interviews, and placements. Selected dashboard widgets can also be filtered by date range, user, or status. These views help managers monitor recruiting activity across open roles.
