“Comprehensive tool for hiring, compliance and payroll”
Pros
It simplifies the entire hiring process for me and my team. It also ensures compliance every step of the way, offers simple onboarding for new hires and has impressive rostering capabilities. The option to use fatigue management rules and the ability to handle payroll and invoicing under one roof makes it a fantastic tool for us.
Cons
The reporting capability and the option to integrate with other VOIP solutions could be improved. The recruitment dashboard and flow could also be improved to help with performance management.

“A fantastic tool for smooth agency growth”
Pros
This tool has been fantastic for our nursing agency. We've used it from the start and it's been a key reason for our success. It has made our growth smooth and easy. We've explored other software but none of them have matched what this platform offers. It's a one stop shop for agencies, allowing for rapid growth without issues, reducing the risk of placing the wrong staff and making compliance super easy. Recruiting and applicant tracking are simple and the payroll and digital timesheets reduce mistakes. It's a brilliant system overall.
Cons
There's not much I can say that I don't like about this software. Their communication is great, their IT support is quick to respond and fix issues and both the system and the people are amazing.

“impressive service, worth the wait for quality candidates”
Pros
What impressed me most about this tool was their ability to truly understand the unique requirements of our project and the skill sets needed for our IT team. Their team took the time to thoroughly understand our company culture, project intricacies and the technical expertise we required.
Cons
While my experience with this platform was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few instances where the initial timeline for presenting candidates was slightly extended. However, I understand that delays can occur in recruitment and the quality of candidates they eventually presented more than made up for the minor delays
