real time insight for hybrid teams

Pros

It gives us real time feedback from our hybrid teams and managers say they finally have a clear understanding of what's going on with their remote employees.

Cons

The platform is solid overall though a few people on my team have said the interface could feel a bit more modern. It's not a major problem but it's still worth noting.

simple weekly check ins that work

Pros

Among the HR tools I've used this one has been the simplest by far! It only asks three different questions each week and takes about two minutes to finish which makes it really manageable. I also appreciate that quarterly reports are visible to all employees so everyone can see what's changing instead of feeling like we're completing surveys with no outcome. The feedback tends to be honest and you can actually notice performance improving when people feel listened to. The custom surveys are another plus especially for smaller engagement ideas like letting the team choose team building activities.

Cons

The one thing I'd change is the lack of flexibility around when surveys go out. Some employees are away on long weekend trips when the surveys are launched on Fridays. It would be much better if each company could decide the exact time the check in gets sent.
