“Caused me losses and wasted time”

It's quick to use but honestly, not the most user-friendly even after updates.
Cons
I've experienced many tax errors: withholding when it should not, credits stuck with the state for months, unexplained returns and poor communication about filings. After being ignored for months, my claim expired and I lost thousands. I got just one vague apology from a random employee.

Pros
I like how simple payroll management is now, all data is easy to edit on the dashboard. Updating employee tax info and payroll calculations from the mobile app means I don't have to hunt for my work laptop anymore. We opted for automated payroll management so no in house specialist is needed and human mistakes like overpaying are gone.
Cons
The system is excellent!! I can't find any flaws. Complaints about wage calculation mistakes or delayed payments are rare now.
