“waste of money and support”

The idea behind the product sounds promising but in reality it produced no meaningful results.
Cons
From where I stand the service is basically useless and the company appears far more focused on getting paid than on supporting customers or protecting its reputation. Based on what happened with us I would not recommend it. It ended up being a total waste of time and money. The platform mostly seems to scrape LinkedIn and use up your InMail credits without producing any worthwhile outcomes. Even after completing a pilot program and joining weekly calls with their customer success team I did not get a single legitimate candidate out of it. On top of that most of the contact details they shared were either outdated or simply incorrect. With everything else the pilot agreement automatically rolled into a full subscription unless cancellation was submitted with 7 days notice. I missed that deadline and even after several efforts to sort it out they would not allow me to cancel or issue any refund. It has now been MONTHS and I still have not heard back from anyone. This company seems much more interested in taking your $9000 than in delivering actual value or offering customer support. The product did not help at all and the customer service reputation feels just as bad as advertised. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company entirely.

Getting started with the product was simple and the team has been very responsive whenever needed. Overall it works really well for internal collaboration and delivers an excellent experience.
Cons
The only downside was that it took about a day to get access to the dashboard.
