responsive HR platform

Pros

This has become a core part of how our company runs HR! We use it for leave requests, payroll, performance management and goal setting so it supports a lot of important day to day work. One thing that really stands out is the team behind it across the region. From sales and account management to senior leadership, they consistently show accountability, humility and a deep understanding of the product which is honestly quite rare. Their coverage is also solid especially for payroll support and EOR services. The platform itself is user friendly with a clean UI/UX that employees can figure out quite naturally without needing much effort. They also keep improving the product in meaningful ways like adding a forms feature after we came on board. The mobile app is another strong point since it's very convenient for using the platform while on the go and the app experience is responsive and accessible too. Pricing is transparent which I appreciate and for what's included, it offers excellent value. On top of that the reporting tools are useful especially with exports to Excel that make the data practical to work with.

Cons

At the beginning a few areas felt underdeveloped especially performance management but their team has been very open to feedback and has improved that area significantly over time. One limitation is that if a company is primarily based in the US, the software may not address certain needs (such as insurance) in the same way some US focused providers like ADP do. If they expand further into western markets and adapt better to different state level requirements, they could become an even stronger competitor. Another gap compared with some other providers is the lack of built in insights such as compensation benchmarking data.

Pros

One thing that really stands out with it is its strong security and privacy features which make me feel confident storing sensitive information online.

Cons

For now I haven't run into any negative issues while using the platform. I keep a lot of sensitive tax files in the system and it has felt reliable.
