Pros

People First enables us to gather HR data that informs our business decisions. Our employees can easily carry out regular HR processes, and the focus on engagement and communication allows us to improve information exchange and celebrate achievements. In short, it has made my life as a standalone HR manager so much easier!

Cons

As an administrator of the system, I find the tasks feature to be less useful since it lacks the ability to send notifications. From an employee's perspective, feedback indicates that navigating through the tabs and pages can sometimes be challenging.
