“Gets the job done”
Pros
The customer service is outstanding. Once I'm set up as an administrator, uploading payslips to Sage HR becomes a very easy task.
Cons
I do find it a bit clunky to use at times. It's not the most easy platform and honestly, the customer-facing design feels a little out dated. Plus, if you make a mistake with an email address in payroll, resetting the payslips for employees isn't as easy as I'd like.
