“Good experience with 2U Couriers”
Pros
I like how flexible it is and it lets me create, tweak and adjust things to match what we need. We've been able to add our own policies and inductions which is helpful. It's also been great for keeping track of documents with expiry dates. It's a really solid system overall.
Cons
In the beginning, it felt more like a safety-focused HR system and didn't really suit our transport operations. We didn't have a solid way to create incident reports or manage follow ups and corrective actions. We've made progress since then but I still think the workflow could be improved more.

“Solid tool for handling HR and compliance”
Pros
Fantastic system. There are tons of useful features and customization options. The team is amazing, flexible, understanding and they genuinely work with you to help you get the most out of the platform. Once you know your way around, it's fast and easy to use.
Cons
My only real wish is that it could handle payroll and rostering too. It's absolutely fantastic for HR and compliance tasks though, no complaints there.

“Works well as our LMS & record keeper”
Pros
It's really easy to use for me. Their customer service and tech support teams have been great too. What's awesome is that it actually listens to feedback and follows through on what they say.
Cons
Some parts of the platform are technically available but they're not fully functional yet. I know improvements are on the to-do list but I wish those updates were a higher priority. Still, I get that demand drives what gets done first.
