“ideal for small teams”
Pros
Being part of a small company I think this tool is fantastic for keeping us organized without overcomplicating things. It centralizes our tasks and communication and best of all it doesnt take up too much time from any single team member as it integrates smoothly into our workflow and helps us stay efficient without becoming a burden.
Cons
Every so often I have to fumble around to figure out the settings which can be annoying but it rarely causes real problems and overall I believe this software is a valuable addition that helps us stay on track.

“Versatile 1:1 notes and 360 feedback”
Pros
What I really appreciate is how versatile the platform is. I store all my 1:1 notes with direct reports here, it's easy for both of us to use and we run 360 feedback cycles (mid-year and end-of-year) through it as well. I also use it to set professional and business goals for the year, all of these tools feel simple, clean and approachable.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to anything I dislike about the software. I find it works well for everyone across the company not only for managers.

“easy goal setting and performance tracking”
Pros
I've found this software to be fantastic for establishing goals and keeping track of them over time. It's really easy to use and tweak to fit different needs. Performance cycles can be set up for every employee across the whole organization or limited to just a particular group which I appreciate for flexibility. Switching between cycles to monitor how distinct teams or individuals are doing is easy. One of the things I like is the ability to create charts that visually present performance reviews because that makes side-by-side comparisons so much clearer. The 1:1 meeting function is handy too, it lets me schedule conversations and define the objectives for those meetings in advance. It also stores feedback from all past meetings and records their outcomes which helps me follow progress as time goes on. Another useful piece is the reminders since I can nudge the team to take specific actions when needed. Finally, seeing an employee's self-evaluation displayed next to the manager's assessment makes it easy to spot differences and opens up an honest conversation about areas to improve.
Cons
While I think the price is reasonable for a small business like mine costs rise noticeably as the company expands and that can become a burden. There isn't a truly free tier to rely on for long-term use which I would have liked though they do provide a free trial so you can test things out before committing. As you scale up headcount and features the overall expense can add up quickly so I found it important to budget for that growth in advance.
