“Efficient tool!!
Pros
Managing schedules and workforce operations in a healthcare setting has been much more manageable with this software. Managers can clearly see staffing levels, approve time-off requests and handle coverage across different departments without much hassle. The time tracking tools also help spot gaps quickly and fill open shifts without needing to jump between multiple systems. Overall, the platform feels efficient and works well for these tasks.
Cons
Pretty challenging for new users to get started with this... especially when trying to move through its different modules. Some features are less adaptive than they should be so there is definitely a learning curve at the beginning. Reporting and customization also take a while to understand and certain workflows involve several steps that seem like they could be organized.

“all-in-one PTO
Pros
Having time and attendance, staffing and scheduling all in one place is really convenient. Requesting PTO or sick time is quick to do whenever you need time off and I appreciate that it keeps a record of all past PTO days so it's easy to track when Ive already submitted requests.
Cons
There are a few features built into it that I don't personally need, like clocking in and out. Since Im salaried, I mainly use the platform just to manage and keep track of my PTO.

“payroll made simple
Pros
It made handling payroll and PTO really convenient. The layout is simple and it makes it simpler to check which days Ive requested off and how much PTO I still have available. I also appreciate being able to see my PTO accrual rates, since that gives me a better idea of what Im earning. Approving my time sheets is quick too, since it only takes one click.
