“Helpful support team”

Pros

Setting it up was something I genuinely enjoyed and because the business I was supporting didn't already have an ATS, it felt like a major step forward overall. Their team was excellent especially in those early days when we needed quite a bit of support. They were consistently helpful and I really appreciated how simple it was to tweak and adapt the system as our needs changed.

Cons

We chose it over other ATS options largely because the sales demo was the most engaging by a clear margin. That said, the experience after signing didn't quite live up to what we expected in a few important areas especially the SMS feature which didn't work as it had been presented. The implementation and onboarding also felt somewhat complex. Some of those challenges were admittedly linked to our unusual recruitment process and limited budget but in the end we still had to make quite a few compromises during setup.
