TeamKeeper Features
Automated Timesheets
TeamKeeper simplifies employee time tracking with automated timesheets that reduce manual entry for staff and reporting effort for managers. The software allows secure access via any internet-connected device and maintains a non-editable audit trail of all activity. Timesheets integrate seamlessly with payroll, providing accurate, real-time attendance records for the organization.
Project Tracking
The platform enables administrators to create flexible charge codes for jobs, projects, clients, or tasks, supporting detailed time allocation. TeamKeeper allows grouping, pay types, and organizational labeling to categorize employee work. This structured system ensures accurate reporting, payroll integration, and approval tracking, giving managers full visibility of employee activities across multiple projects.
Leave Management
TeamKeeper tracks all types of leave, including vacation, sick time, PTO, or custom categories. Employees submit leave requests through the platform, triggering notifications for supervisors. Approved leave can automatically populate timesheets, streamlining attendance and payroll processes. The software supports accrued, earned, or flat leave types for accurate leave management across the workforce.
Employee Scheduling
The software allows administrators to create and manage employee schedules by shifts or custom periods. Schedules can be imported via CSV, duplicated for multiple staff, and account for holidays or approved leave. The platform can prepopulate schedules with job and earning codes, ensuring consistency between planned hours and payroll while reducing administrative workload for managers.
Reporting
TeamKeeper provides a library of real-time reports covering authorized charges, employee hours, missed punches, and scheduled versus actual time. Reports can be exported to Excel or integrated with third-party reporting tools like Tableau or Crystal Reports. It also offers custom report development to meet specific organizational requirements, supporting informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

“good value and team learning”
Pros
For the price, I got excellent value and it boosted our team's productivity, made tracking hours much easier and doubled as a really useful learning experience.
Cons
The screenshot monitoring felt pretty tedious and dull. I think there should be other options, because constantly taking screenshots wasn't very enjoyable.

Its really useful when I oversee rotating staff or have to coordinate front desk, cleaning teams and part-time helpers across multiple sites. The scheduling interface is interactive and automated timesheets cut down on manual tracking
Cons
However, I wish it supported room booking, customer messaging, or tenant coordination and features I consider essential for running a shared workspace.
