Overview

Teamspective focuses narrowly—and effectively—on people analytics, performance, and engagement. It doesn’t cover payroll or admin tasks, but that’s by design. If you're looking to enhance leadership impact and team collaboration, it’s exactly the kind of focused solution modern workplaces need.

flexible reporting and helpful support

Pros

This has been a really flexible tool for us and the reporting is easy to use. Getting everything up and running was simple and it gives us valuable feedback from employees that helps us improve our processes and clearly see our progress. It's also very user friendly for both managers and employees. On top of that their team has been approachable, supportive and very helpful whenever needed.

Cons

A few of the questions in Finnish could still be improved.

strong feedback culture in teams

Pros

Built right into tools people already use like Teams and Slack, the platform makes giving and receiving feedback feel natural instead of disruptive. The continuous 360 degree feedback feature helps individuals ask for input and get it quickly which supports both personal development and stronger team collaboration while encouraging accountability and transparency. Its pulse surveys and Organizational Network Analysis go further than standard survey tools by uncovering hidden influencers and informal communication patterns which helps teams spot engagement or performance concerns before they become bigger problems. The analytics are also highly customizable with pulse surveys that can be customizeed to company specific metrics and used to generate meaningful insights into employee well-being, engagement and overall organizational climate. Other than that the focus on frequent, constructive feedback helps build a workplace culture centered on learning and continuous improvement.

Cons

For smaller teams the full set of analytics features and options can feel like more than necessary since many of the insights seem better suited to larger organizations with more complex structures. Another limitation is offline accessibility because the platform is built around online workflows and integrations with Slack and Teams so it may not be as practical for teams that need offline access or prefer more traditional standalone dashboards.

Excellent Tool

Pros

The integration with tools I already use like Teams and Slack is smooth and feedback becomes part of my daily workflow without any disruption. I really appreciate the continuous 360 degree feedback feature. It makes seeking and giving feedback so much more efficient and it's definitely helped create a more transparent culture on my team. What sets this apart is the actionable insights from pulse surveys and Organizational Network Analysis. Instead of just basic survey data I can actually see hidden influencers and communication patterns that help me address engagement issues before they become problems. The customizable analytics are incredibly detailed. I can customize pulse surveys to match our specific metrics and get deep insights into employee well-being and engagement that actually translate into targeted actions. This tool has really encouraged continuous learning across our organization. The frequent, constructive feedback creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable improving and growing.

Cons

The analytics tools can feel overwhelming for smaller teams since many features are designed with larger organizations in mind. Also if you need offline access or prefer traditional dashboards outside of Slack and Teams this might not be the best fit since it's built around online workflows.
