• Manage learner accounts, create new accounts manually or through bulk uploads, update profiles, access permissions, and communicate with learners via the messaging system
• Go to the 'Instructor Tools' to onboard new instructors, assign them to courses, establish roles and permissions, and facilitates communication with the instructors
• Customize the branding, theme, and layout of the Edly LMS and manage user roles and access permissions by going to the 'Platform Settings'
• Monitor platform performance, view system logs and activity reports, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain the platform's overall health
