Enrollware

This feature allows instructors to manage their class listings and registration pages. Full and past classes are automatically updated, while built-in email campaigns and reminders are also incorporated. This keeps classes visible and prevents outdated sessions form appearing on the website. It also allows users to upload documents.

Users can register for classes through online processes. Enrollware lets administrators display current classes on a custom schedule page or color-coded calendar. Meanwhile, configurable registration forms let students confirm class details and add applicable textbooks. Confirmation emails are automatically sent after successful registration.

With this module, administrators can process credit card payments directly within the Enrollware registration system. It supports class registrations and product payments while providing reporting and reconciliation tools. The platform also simplifies onboarding and PCI compliance, with funds deposited directly into the organization’s bank account.

Enrollware helps administrators manage student rosters directly from registration through to class completion. It electronically stores student information, lets administrators test scores and student status, and generates AHA-compliant rosters that can be printed or emailed. Student records and past classes can thus remain accessible for quick searches and future reference.
