“training delivery made simple!”
Pros
It makes corporate training delivery and documentation much more easy and the platform is simple to figure out and use. Their support team is consistently available whenever something comes up and the trainers do a thorough job of getting you prepared to make the most of the system.
Cons
Even though the platform is user friendly and easy to move around in the limits around adding content in bulk can slow onboarding down and require extra time.

Keeping track of items is very convenient with this software. The training materials are excellent and it also lets you go into a very high level of detail when needed.

“flexible forms and reliable support”
Pros
First of all it does what we need it to do. The interface stays consistent throughout so we spend far less time teaching people how to use the system and can put more attention on the actual workflow and requirements. It's flexible enough for us to update forms and add requirements on our own without having to bring in consultants. The mobile app is also really handy for after hours or offsite approvals. On top of that it's more affordable than some competing options. Support has been responsive and helpful and they've done a good job keeping us updated on upcoming improvements and changes to forms and KPI dashboards.
Cons
There are still a few things that can't be adjusted like adding a data field for "justification" to the new MOC entry form. I'm also not thrilled with how we've chosen to use certain parts of the software such as not taking full advantage of the LMS module or Events although that has more to do with our internal decisions than with Frontline itself.
