Pros
Compared with older enablement tools like Highspot or Seismis this one really stands out as a seller first option. The biggest advantage is its AI native setup which brings the right information forward automatically instead of forcing reps to dig around for what they need.
Cons
Since it is built to surface a lot of information in context the interface can come across as busy. Some parts of the UI feel buggy or a bit overwhelming especially the homepage or when handling a large number of assets with similar keywords. New users may also face some difficulty when getting used to the dashboard compared with simpler folder based platforms. There can also be technical issues around the Chrome extension.

Managing content in this has been a big plus for us especially when it comes to access control, uploads and keeping materials updated. Those are features I rely on every single day. AskBuddy has been incredibly useful as well since it delivers fast answers based on the content we've uploaded which saves our teams from having to search through hundreds of files. On top of that the support from their team has been outstanding.
Cons
A few areas of the platform could be better from a user experience standpoint with the learning management system standing out the most. Even so it's still manageable to learn now and I know improvements are already in progress.

“spot on content when needed!”
Pros
Whenever training is underway it does a really strong job of surfacing the right content at exactly the right moment. Instead of making trainees dig through shared drives or Confluence pages on their own its AI tool pulls up highly relevant assets instantly and the accuracy has been genuinely impressive.
Cons
After spending more than 50 hours using the UI I haven't run into any downsides.
