Board prep made simpler

Pros

Collecting reports and committee updates takes a lot less back-and-forth with this. Being able to upload documents one time and instantly share them with the directors helps keep everyone prepared and ready ahead of every board meeting.

Cons

At times, very large attachments take a while to upload and that can feel slow when I'm working against tight deadlines.

Its simplicity stands out

Pros

Putting together board meeting books is very simple and the platform's simplicity is one of its biggest strengths. It doesn't take much effort to teach board members how to use it which makes adoption quick. The customer support team is also extremely helpful and always willing to jump in when needed. On top of that, it includes really useful features like document attachments, agenda creation, surveys and resource sharing. It also lets us upload and store documents for the board to revisit later and complete action items without needing to hold a meeting.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this product. With the recent upgrades, it has become even more efficient and simpler to use.
