“Easy report generation!”
Pros
Setting up forms is easy and the tool is capable of handling complex logic... the resulting output looks good too. We use it to support sales during customer consultations. Creating reports with condition-based output has made it easy to automatically generate and share reports from those consultations.
Cons
Pricing for each PDF export feels a bit high to me. Over the years, relatively few new features have been added, even though the existing functionality continues to work fine.

Cons
I can't point to any particular drawbacks. The project was unusual but we worked through it together and made it work for us.
