Brilliant support and fair pricing

Pros

Using it has been very simple and the spaced learning approach works really well. They also give partners a lot of support which makes a big difference. The pricing is clear and uncomplicated so we can spend our time focusing on implementation with clients instead of going back and forth over per-user costs.

Cons

It would be better if communication templates and rollout plans were built directly into the product rather than provided as separate documents or PDFs. Depending on customers to pass along instructions and important dates internally can be difficult.

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how helpful the IT support team has been. The platform is simple to use and navigate, both from the admin side and from the learner's perspective. It's also very valuable that the system generates data insights which makes it easier to identify where training gaps may exist.

Can resend questions

Pros

The leaderboards are a big plus and being able to resend the questions most participants missed is really useful. It also helps a lot that the data can be analyzed afterward for follow-up.

Cons

The part that feels complex is entering the questions and answers into the Word document.
