“Shows constant innovation”
Pros
Right from the start the customer service felt personal and genuinely invested in making things work for us. Getting set up with the team and continuing to work with them afterward has been responsive, accommodating and honestly enjoyable. The product has also evolved incredibly fast. It's advanced to the point where the functions now goe beyond how we currently use them which makes it feel like strong ongoing value for the money.
Cons
Since we joined early there were naturally some bumps to work through while we were onboarding and the product was still evolving at the same time. That was understandable and the team more than made up for it with the time, support and attention they gave us. It really felt like a partnership during that period with both sides helping shape the product along the way.

Pros
Getting started with it felt very natural because the platform is simple, accessible and quick to learn. It supports a variety of content formats which makes it possible to build learning experiences that fit different learning styles and needs. The Pathway feature is especially useful for organizing and grouping e-learning materials in a clear, structured way so planning and following learning journeys becomes much more practical. Progress tracking is also easy and transparent which makes it easier to monitor learners and provide support at the right time. Another plus is the learning library where materials are stored neatly, making resources fast to find and retrieve. On top of that the admin team is highly responsive and always ready to help when needed.
Cons
One improvement I'd still like to see is a wider variety of forms along with more quiz format options to make the learning experience even better.
