It fosters engagement as shop floor operators can easily create content and assist each other. It's crucial for onboarding and training temporary staff, significantly improving efficiency on our bottling packaging lines by reducing changeover time, minor stops, and safety risks.

Cons

The platform frequently lags and is challenging to access via mobile phone. The approval workflow doesn't function properly. It's hard to track changes made to instructions, as they're displayed at the Guide level.
