Intuitive, user-friendly and very straightforward. Creating and launching attractive and professional-looking email campaigns was never easier!The workflow is not always intuitive. More choices should be available at any given time.

Campaign monitor has been a reliable service for us ever since we started using it years ago. It is really simple to learn how it works, you can use drag&drop to create mails or crate bespoke HTML emails of your own. Segmentation of clients is really easy and setting new ones up self initiates. There is no need to contact support. List management is a breeze as well as segmentation.

So much better than CRM. Meets all my requirements. No cons.

Inefficient and clunky

There isnt much to like about this software. UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate. everything else is below the bar.

Cons

As a designer, I have used this ap to create different templates for clients, which was very disappointing. Not nearly as advanced as MailChimp and I do not see why anyone should pick CM over that.

Great for managing email campaigns

Pros

Easy to use. great template builder. The whole process from setting up, creating email campaigns to delivering them and analyzing their performance is intuitive and incredibly simple. With Campaign Monitor, it is really easy for you to insert pictures, links, text, call to action buttons and more into the templates.

Cons

On Fridays, the performance is strangely off. I cannot send preview emails to myself to check how they look to the recipient. Can be really frustrating if you have strict deadlines.

We recently shifted to Campaign Monitor from a different provider and it has been an amazing transition. It works well along with our CRM, which is a huge benefit.

Cons

Setting up was bit of a pickle, worked great once we got through that stage.

Decent software for beginners

Campaign Monitor provides a certain level of ease in navigation. Does its job very neatly, good for email marketing. But does not have a lot of advanced tools and features.

Cons

Can exhibit bigs often that it reverts the campaign to an autosaved older version and the new progress is lost. The UI is not very responsive. Not many design options.

Being a web developer, I can identify great technology when I see one, I am very much impressed by their API. It is so easy to use and helps us connect with more platforms. The interface is very neat, well organized and easy to navigate.

Some things can be hard to find within their GUI. Wish they offered some extra logging features for developers benefits.
