Cons
They make you pay extra just to use Google Tag which everyone needs for tracking. It feels like the basic plan is pretty useless without it.

Pros
It's such a simple tool to get engaged with my content. The IFTTT setup was tricky and I couldn't import data because of my account level but it still gave me a great starting point to build what I needed.
Cons
We wanted to handle it ourselves instead of hiring someone. It worked well for that but we ended up picking Excentos because they offered more help.
