Pros
Its been incredible just getting to know Sendinblue and seeing them improve over the years Ive been using it. This has actually made me want to continue with them because I can see how dedicated they are. This platform is straightforward and easy to operate, no matter how complex it looks at first. So many features work together to give you the best experience possible, like the ability to customize the email with names and other information and include as many contact columns as we need. Half of the money is for the looks. It is extremely stylish and more appealing than many other platforms.
Cons
I don’t think I’ll ever find anything to dislike about Sendinblue. There have been some issues over the years, obviously, but they were resolved over time thanks to excellent customer support. One simple example: there was no option to use GIFs while drafting your emails. And I didnt even have to complain about it; they were just added randomly, and I can now use them. The only other drawback, which I am aware of, was that they had to protect receivers open rates because of privacy crackdowns. Although we would like more information on the effectiveness of our emails, we do understand their concern and comply with it.

Pros
Theres practically no limit to how many contacts you can add, and when I think of it, there are no limits with SendinBlue! Except for a maximum number of emails, of course, to keep you from spamming your prospects away from you. The long list of great features includes click monitoring, custom CTAs, automation/autoresponders, and bespoke templates. It provides workable APIs that can be integrated into your website. The reporting is very detailed but not complex. And the customer service is kind and very quick to respond. SendinBlue was really simple for me to set up, and I have had a blast using it so far!
Cons
Theres only so much you can get away with using the free edition. For example, you are cut way short of your maximum allowed emails per day since youre not "entitled" to that luxury.
