Pros

It was super easy to learn and now I can teach it to new employees. Their customer support is great and doing a wonderful job.

Cons

Sometimes a lot of mouse clicks are required to navigate between screens.

There is absolutely no difficulty in using this and we can utilize the billing component in a way that is better for the patients too.

Doctors face issues filling out the medical history form when prescribing new medicines.

Most user-friendly software I have used

Pros

It is easy to use and has all the functions an EHR software is supposed to have. The quality of support is wonderful without a doubt.

Cons

It would be great if the administrative staff also gets the ability to edit certain forms.

The ease of use was impressive and I quickly figured out how to navigate the system. I like the prompt responses to any problems that arise although they are rare.

I have absolutely no dislikes when it comes to this software.

Good product for the cost

Pros

OmniMD makes scheduling and inputting new patients a smooth process. However let me tell you that I encountered a few minor issues with superbill creation as well.

Cons

When I need to review previous chart notes it can be quite tedious. It would be fantastic if I could search by keyword or issue to quickly locate instances when a patient had a reported illness, instead of having to click through individual chart notes.

Pros

It is simple to use and the content is well organized.

Cons

The reporting system has flaws and inconsistencies. Some features from the old version didn't carry over to the new one. The layout of certain areas doesn't make sense for medical office use.

Pros

The system is simplistic and healthcare providers like how easily they can sign off on visit notes.

Cons

Its annoying that the software doesn't integrate with other products. Moreover there is no block time option for multiple providers and I would prefer the feature to indicate the location of a patient such as the waiting room or exam room.

No after sales support

Pros

It has all the basic features that other EHR systems have. Nothing extra ordinary.

Cons

There are so many glitches and it keeps crashing. We do not receive any support from the customer service representatives. We have a lot of problems we are facing because of this.

User-friendly software.

Pros

I have had an amazing experience with this. The support staff always efficiently caters to our needs. I can easily customize it according to our practice. It is super user-friendly as well as easy to learn.

Cons

In case of an error, there is usually a 24-hour period of a wait before the issues get looked at by the team, hence it affects the work productivity.
