You get an all-in-one solution

Pros:
The treatment pathways and report building process has made everything so simple and we saw an increase in our revenue because of PatientNOW. Their customer support team made sure our transition was smooth.
Cons:
The learning curve was long but it was worth it.

Customer support is direct

Pros:
We can easily view patient reports, pathways and even monitor marketing analytics from the same system. The customer support has a direct line and we can get in touch with a representative at once.

Poor customer service

Pros:
The software makes it easy to schedule appointments and follow-up with patients by creating alerts, reminders, and other lists. It also offers great marketing insights through analytic tools.
Cons:
The customer service is very poor and it took us weeks to connect with someone just to get the basic setup and installation completed. There are other software providers with better support options.

Don't fall for it

Pros:
The customer support was good in the beginning and the marketing pitch was excellent.
Cons:
This software didn't work for us, and I don't know if it will work for anyone. In the beginning, the customer support was good but with time it has gone worse.
