Harvest simplifies invoicing enabling users to effortlessly send invoices to customers and keep track of payments. Moreover it integrates seamlessly with various software and tools such as accounting and CRM systems which can assist businesses in managing their operations effectively.

Cons

1. For businesses that require multiple features or have a larger team Harvest's pricing can be costly. 2. Some users may find that Harvest's features are inflexible and do not offer enough customization options to meet their unique requirements. 3. Although Harvest provides comprehensive reports certain users may find that the reporting functionality is restricted in certain areas.

Pros

Harvest is an extremely userfriendly software. Its installation is quick and straightforward managing tasks is effortless and completing timesheets is a breeze. Before using Harvest our team had difficulty keeping track of time but after implementing this software the process became almost effortless.

Cons

Although Harvest is primarily designed to cater to agencies that bill multiple clients for their work we were able to use it effectively for our internal department within our company. Although it required us to work around some of its structural elements we were able to adapt the platform to meet our needs without any issue.

Good all in one time tracker

Pros

I appreciate how the employees are able to categorize their time which provides more transparency during the weekly review. The categories can be divided into departments and projects making the billable hours clear. Additionally the time sheets and projectbased hours can be exported seamlessly making payroll easier. The expense tracker feature is another aspect that I find useful.

Cons

Navigating Harvest can be overwhelming initially. Some employees also find it tricky to get used to. It would be great if Harvest had more integrations with expense tracking to allow accountants directly receive expenses for their upcoming payroll. Furthermore integrating our HR software to time off tracking could make it more consistent with our records and eliminate the need to check both applications.
