Pros

I always outsource projects to freelancers, and Clockify has been a great tool for tracking their time accurately. The invoicing feature is especially helpful as I can bill my clients easily and get paid quickly. The mobile app also makes it easy to track time on the go.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to export data from Clockify to other project management tools. It takes a while to do it manually and Im always worried that Ill miss something important.

My team loves it!

Pros

Clockify is a great tool for tracking employee time and productivity. The reports are useful in understanding how our team is performing and not only allow us to bill working hours accurately but also to plan and manage our resources better.

Cons

I didnt particularly like how the pricing works. Its a bit expensive for small teams and I wish they had more affordable packages. Also, there could be some better integrations with other project management tools.

Clockify is an absolutely must-have!

Pros

Clockify makes tracking our employees time a breeze. The interface is extremely user-friendly and the reports are incredibly detailed. We also love the integration with other project management tools like Trello. The integration allows us to stay organized on multiple fronts.

Cons

Using Clockkify has been a breeze however I do wish that their customer service team was more available. We had an issue with the invoicing feature and it took a few days for them to respond. The problem was caused by a bug which was quickly fixed but it took some time for them to get back to us.

Multifunctional time management software.

Pros

Clockify has a detailed and user-friendly dashboard so I absolutely love it. I have been managing my work better now that I have an idea of how much time I usually spend on a project. It helps in optimizing my workflows and saving time/costs. Our company uses it for monthly payments to our staff for which the time management capabilities of Clockify come in handy!

Cons

The timer is a bit unreliable at times. Sometimes, it just refuses to start or even crashes the browser. That has caused serious inconvenience in the past but it is still not a deal-breaker. Just something you should know before investing.

Great online time tracking for remote work.

Pros

It is simple to use and has helped me figure out online time tracking. I think this is the only software that allows notes with every time entry so that I (and my employer) can know exactly what I was working on at a certain time. The website loads quickly and entering the time is quick as well.

Cons

I am currently limited to just the time tracker option since all the other features are a bit confusing. I tried other features like "timesheet" but it felt useless to me so Im sticking with only one feature, which makes the point of having comprehensive software redundant.

Ive been using it for invoice and bills management.

Pros

It gets the job done quicker, doesnt feel like a burden on my system, and is easy to use. I also appreciate that I didnt really have to invest my time to learn the software in order to use it effectively. The UI is beautiful to look at.

Cons

Navigating between panels can get frustrating, on occasion. It would make my experience better if software developers could improve upon this.

It paves the way for a more streamlined and accountable organization.

Pros

Clockify provides a detailed analysis of how the companys time is being spent and how efficient the project teams are. It has excellent reports that help in understanding the analysis. Tags are on point and help us to eliminate waste and work more effectively. It also encourages users to be proactive about managing their time better.

Cons

Time tracking is great no doubt, but I think its more suited for small businesses. A large group like ours with lots and lots of work activities actually make it pointless to keep track of every specific action.

Excellent time and resource management.

Pros

It has been quite helpful to be able to record a weeks worth of time spent on particular chores. The most recent feature Ive started using is "Duplicate last weeks time and activities," which basically means if I’ve had two similar weeks then I don’t have to make the entries all over again. I just make the modifications I need and it’s done! User experience is also welcoming.

Cons

I personally didnt like the stop clock browser add-on, though I can see how it would be helpful to someone, I found it to be rather intrusive. I believe it is there to motivate people to complete their tasks as quickly as possible.

Has made time-managing my global team a breeze

Pros

I run a global team of report agency marketers who need constant surveillance (creative people!). Clockify’s been an amazing purchase/save for me, here. Its time monitoring is effective and non-intrusive, and even as the charge of business ops, you’re not immune to its good influence. Recommended if you want your people working diligently and making timely submissions.

Cons

I’m using the paid version and have had some issues connecting with the customer service staff. Busy lines all day, even during the work week. What’s up with that? Don’t have time to write emails to you guys!

A great tool!

Pros

Im glad I found Clockify. Its been an absolute lifesaver for tracking employee hours and staying organized. The interface is user-friendly and easy to use, not to mention the reports are incredibly detailed. Since my team uses Asana for project management, it was great to find that Clockify had an integration with it, which allows me to stay organized on both fronts.

Cons

I wish the pricing was a bit more flexible for small businesses. I understand that theres a free package but it would be great if they had some mid-tier options as well. Also, the mobile app could use some improvements. It tends to crash from time to time and doesnt always sync with the web app properly.
