Bad customer service we feel stolen from

Pros

The user interface is straightforward and the limited available features work seamlessly.

Cons

The customer experience has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a lifetime membership but they refuse to honor our unredeemed codes essentially taking our money. The slow development progress and lack of customer focus make this product a poor choice.

Great Task management software for teams

Pros

What I appreciated most about the software is its ability to track the status of invoices and purchase orders within our workflow.

Cons

It lacks the ability to import a summary into Excel as desired but considering the price its acceptable.
