So, what happened was that I was in a tight spot because I was trying to deliver a project on time I started searching for project management software and stumbled across GanttPRO. It literally saved me from a panic attack! I was able to easily create Gantt charts and assign tasks to team members. The visual representation of the project timeline made it easier for me to track progress and collaborate with my team.

Cons

But it wasnt all cherries and roses. I found the pricing to be a little high for the features offered. I mean why cant they offer more features in a lower price range? A management feature was a bit basic and didnt have enough customization options. By that I mean that I wanted to set task deadlines according to specific conditions but they werent available.

It’s the best of its kind!

The only thing that I have found to be a bit difficult is the learning curve associated with using the software. Like they have good customer service and offer some knowledge base on the website but it still takes some time to get used to the software.

One of the things that seemed off to me, given that all the other features worked so seamlessly, was the fact that the softwares integration with Slack wasnt as smooth as I had expected. There were moments when I would go to the Slack app and it wouldnt sync properly with GanttPRO.

I found that GanttPROs mobile app could be a bit more user-friendly. There have been times when I have had difficulty syncing tasks and other features on the mobile app. I tried reaching out to customer service but they were not very helpful in resolving the issue.

The biggest reason I prefer GanttPro is due to its user-friendliness. I can easily view and access tasks on the timeline once they have been created. I can enter the hourly rate for each team member and see not just the time but the total cost of the work and project too. Since I don’t have to perform this task manually, GanttPro is saving me lots of time and money.

Cons

The software does have a few errors. For example, when it comes to saving after we change some parameters, the change ends up being lost.

Great for new users and students.

Its ease of use makes it a feasible option for beginners seeking to learn Gantt project management. I had been facing difficulty finding reliable software that would help my students create Gantt charts for their projects. GanttPro has solved my problem and I have been able to train 10s of students in a short amount of time and theyve been happy with the softwares support.

Cons

Reporting is adequate but the export features are not. By default, the reports are exportable as entire documents while we only need a few sections/pages at times. They need to add this feature.

Intuitive interface and great online Gantt chart management.

After researching and experimenting with a variety of online Gantt charts and task management systems, Im glad to have chosen GanttPro. I use it for both my personal and academic work since it is adaptable to different requirements. The features are quite practical such as work dependencies and time linkages. If you have used MS Project, youd find GanttPro easy to use.

Cons

I have been using it as a research student and not full time so cant really claim that it is the perfect solution for everyone. Larger organizations may have a more insightful review than mine. In my personal experience, the software slows down occasionally, which could be a system issue on my end.

Fairly easy to use Gantt charts software.

I have become really comfortable with GanttPro and it is mostly easy to use (it has complex advanced features). It enables us to do collaborative work on projects. And I have smoothly managed multiple projects simultaneously. Customer support is also available for technical help and I don’t have to deal with long waiting times.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are a few performance glitches or refresh rate errors with the charts. It is especially more prominent when working on more complicated projects.
