Cons
A concurrent licensing option would suit us better than named-user licensing. The people managing projects change constantly so it is difficult to know how many licenses we will need at any given time.

“Proactive portfolio monitoring”
Pros
Having portfolio resources and financials together lets me check the health of the entire portfolio, see whether we're on budget, spot underspent or overspent projects and identify resource gaps early so I can address them proactively. OnePlan is very configurable with calculated fields and scheduled status reports that help PMs use consistent definitions for risk impact and give stakeholders regular, consistent project updates. Getting started was easy. We had help from an implementation specialist but handled most of the setup ourselves.
Cons
Platform performance still has room to improve. Pages are occasionally slow to load and caching issues can come up.
