“All in one property powerhouse”
Pros
Right from the start it feels built to handle every part of property management in one place. It keeps track of important dates and deadlines (lease expirations, planned asset maintenance) so nothing gets missed. Managing more complicated leases and properties is very easy thanks to the user friendly layout and flexible customization options. Another big advantage is how well everything connects across the platform. If you update a unit size, renew a lease or record a hydro payment you only need to enter it once and the system carries it through where needed. It's a very logical, efficient and secure way to manage properties, tenants and financials and the overall functions consistently helps boost productivity across the company.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning can take a while especially for a larger organization. That said the software includes an initial setup consultation which is actually very helpful for understanding how to use the system properly and getting familiar with the different customization options. They also offer extra one on one or group training sessions and the client support is quick and dependable.

“Easy leasing workflow”
Pros
After more than two years of using the software it still feels easy and simple to get set up and work in every day. Entering lease data, tenant and owner details and producing CAM/TMI statements flows smoothly so the whole process is fast and efficient. It handles properties, sites, buildings, units and premises really well especially because it supports different lease structures and offers the flexibility needed for real world setups. On a daily basis the filtering tools save a lot of time and make searching for and entering information much more manageable. Everything processes quickly and it's helpful that data can be saved and revisited for edits before being posted. Reports are also generated without delay whenever needed. During training the support team was responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues and that same level of commitment and availability has continued. I would absolutely recommend it to commercial property managers.
Cons
It's still a relatively new platform but honestly that hasn't been a problem at all. If anything I've been impressed with it.
