Cons

They must update their settings to allow sending notices and invoices to clients using Gmail addresses. It is a necessary improvement for Web Self Storage. Additionally, since they are a branch of Uhaul, their website experiences lag and takes some time to load.

Initially, it was just okay, but over time the program became highly unstable, leading us to discontinue using it.

The customer service is inadequate, with incorrect reports and issues processing autopays. There are too many problems to list.

Emailing has been challenging, with several emails not reaching the intended customers. Thankfully, the problem has been resolved.

1st time user figuring it out

Pricing is definitely an important factor. The software has all the necessary features for the self-storage business, and tenants receive timely information. It's easy to use and the customer support team is exceptional. The representative always answers my calls and provides the most helpful assistance. I never have to wait on hold but reach her directly. When I don't understand something, she patiently guides me through it. She is probably the main reason for the fantastic reviews.

Cons

Some of the features are not immediately apparent, but once you understand the system, they make sense. I am still learning, but overall, it is relatively easy to use.

The program has numerous tabs for each customer, making it difficult to remember where to access specific information. Since I didn't set up the program myself, it's harder for me to recall the location of certain features.

I love how easy it is to use the central billing feature. As a U-Haul dealer, transitioning to this software was fairly simple.

Cons

So far I haven't encountered any issues that would discourage me from using the software.
