great fit for our hotel

Pros

Our new reception staff get comfortable with it very quickly. Once you know how everything works, the software is just excellent. This hotel system has covered all of our requirements. From the very beginning, we were looked after in a very friendly way and any open questions were always answered incredibly fast. Before choosing this one, we reviewed many other systems that were much more expensive, so we were honestly surprised that hotline Hotelsoftware can do everything we were hoping for. We also purchased a few additional modules and interfaces and we are extremely happy with them. On top of that, support is always available right away and everyone is helpful and kind.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind right now. Perhaps the interface could be improved at some point but its fine overall

It covers all the key functions we need in a hotel system. The software has been around for a long time and you can really tell they've built up a lot of knowledge and experience over the years.

Cons

The software is built to serve a wide range of clients which means individual customization requests can take a bit longer and the system itself has some complexity. That said the support team is quick to respond and very well-informed.
